Karpathy's LLM Wiki as project documentation: arc42 pages, cited statements, changes only through review
A semantic contract: vocabulary your project supplies itself — ready to drop into your CLAUDE.md / AGENTS.md.
Maintain the documentation as Karpathy's LLM Wiki, with three changes: the arc42 chapters, ADRs and glossary are the wiki's pages, written in AsciiDoc and built by docToolchain; every statement cites its source (`file:line`, ADR, issue, or raw file with timestamp), and what no source supports becomes an issue naming the role that can answer it; the agent maintains the wiki, but changes reach the documentation only through pull-request review.
